Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item.

We currently ship and sell within the United States only.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@mortalcircus.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging


We will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for a replacement or refund. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Because all sales are final, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason other than confirmed damage or incorrect shipment.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect sizing or selection

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

 

Refunds (If Approved for Damage or Wrong Item)

If your claim is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement item. Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
